Here are some suggestions of what you could write if you want to submit feel stuck or uninspired. Try to think about objects in your everyday life and what associations and feelings you have about them. Why do you love hate it? What memories does it bring back? How has it helped you reflect, learn, or grow? What is its importance/function in your life? How has it allowed you to connect with someone or something? Maybe even take some time to go through the objects that surround you and just reflect on them. I also wrote a short example on the Objects of Culture page linked here or you can learn more about the project, if your interested.
Some examples of what a submission could be:
- a personal reflection
- a revelation or new understanding
- a funny story
- a way an object has changed your ways of thinking
- a poem
- prose written from the perspective of the object
- anything else you want!
